Woody, owner of The Deck Builder LLC, has 15 years of experience in the building and construction industry, specifically exterior trades.

His passion for carpentry led him to create The Deck Builder in early 2022 after working under several other experienced deck contractors in Denver, CO and Charlotte, NC.

Woody is on-site at every job from start to finish. You'll never have to worry about an unfamiliar face or subcontractor showing up on your property without Woody being present, a quality that sets us apart from our competitors.

Woody's wife Stephanie helps behind the scenes with all aspects of running their small business, and their two Rottweilers, Ellie and Zoey, offer moral support.
